Eurostreet · Portal
A management portal for Eurostreet's interpreters, clients and administration.
Eurostreet provides telephone interpreting and language mediation for emergency services. The portal centralises the management of the service: calls, in-person and remote mediations, interpreter availability, payments and contracts, with separate views for each type of user.

The roles
Portal access
Interpreters, clients and administration work on the same data for different purposes. Each profile has its own view and set of functions, with permissions to match the role.
- Interpreters
They view the history of the interpreting calls and mediations they have carried out, online or in person. They group their work into payment requests and record their hourly availability.
- Clients
They view their current contracts and the languages each one covers.
- Eurostreet administration
Has the complete list of calls, with details and audio recordings, and manages interpreter records, payments and contracts.

The administration home pageThe home page gives a summary of the service lines, calls and mediations, and the day's schedule with the assignment status of each activity. All the screens on this page show test data.
The calls
Call log
The log lists every interpreting call that has taken place, including those handled through the SpecialCall app. For each call it shows the service, the organisation, the interpreter and the language, with three times measured separately: waiting time, time with the interpreter and total duration.

Call logFrom the log you can open the details of each call, with the audio recording playable right in the portal.
The statistics
Call volumes by service and by language
The statistics aggregate the log data. Calls are broken down by service line, from single-language to multilingual emergency lines, and by language requested. These are the numbers needed to size the pool of interpreters and to check coverage of the less common languages.

Call breakdownAt the top, the distribution by service and by language; at the bottom, the languages as bars, sorted alphabetically or by number of calls. Each chart opens full screen.
